It’s not just one of the biggest hunting consumer shows in the country; it’s where some of conservation and hunting’s most devoted supporters come together for a weekend of networking, learning and a lot of fun.
We’ve put together a convention and sport show that celebrates the success NWTF volunteers and partners have had over the last 40 years. It’s also a pep rally for the great things to come.
The exhibit hall is open from Friday, Feb. 13 to Sunday, Feb. 15 and will feature hundreds of vendors. There will be a new entertainment format at the Welcome Party, including two dueling pianos playing your favorite songs. Country music artist and hunter Rodney Atkins will perform his number one hits at the Saturday night Awards Banquet.
What do you need to do? It’s easy –
- Make a hotel reservation at Gaylord Opryland by December 30 to be guaranteed a room. Free parking to registered guests and a lot of other perks!
- Purchase your event tickets by January 12 to be guaranteed a seat at our banquets.

On March 20-22, we will host the Inaugural Outdoor Adventure Expo at the Cabela’s store in Greenville, SC. This 3 day event will host the finest outfitters offering hunting, fishing and adventure trips for you to book. Participation in this event will not only offer customers exposure to the outfitters, but will also give you a chance to see the Cabela’s Greenville location. We will be inviting 30 outfitters to take part in this premier event. The outfitters will be on site to answer questions and help you book the hunt or trip you have been dreaming about. On Saturday night March, 21, we will host a unique auction and fund-raiser.
Each outfitter participating in the event has donated a trip of a lifetime to be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The event will be held outside Cabela’s under a tent and will also feature food vendors, games and prizes. All donated trips will be sold with no minimums. Tickets are limited and can be purchased in advance for the low cost of $40.
